MORATIWA (meaning “The Loved One” in Sotho) TOURS is owned by Malose
Manake and was established in 1996 and registered as a Close Corporation in 1997,
officially operating tours, promotion and marketing of services related thereto, and are
based in Johannesburg. SPORTS VENTURES SA is owned and managed by Bea Mulder. The
company was established and registered as a Proprietary LTD in 1993, after many years of
management in various sectors of the Hotel & Tourism Industry.
The joint venture is operational since 1998 for mainly specialised projects and was a
natural cooperation, as the specific services offered by both companies, do
complement and benefit each other.
Both companies are classified as Tour Operators, not only providing services for
International visitors to South Africa, but also for South African Companies,
Organizations and Sport Administrators on a project basis. This includes accommodation
arrangements, transportation, tour guiding, assistance with special requests, organization
of conferences, seminar etc., therefore offering the full spectrum of “travel”
arrangements.

full Bona-Fide members of SATSA
(Southern African Tourism Services Association), which is the biggest overall Tourism Body
in South Africa. Both companies have therefor signed the SATSA Code of Conduct, ensuring
professionalism and customer orientated service.

programs. Between the 2 owners, all official 11 South African languages, as well as German
and a basic French can be conversed in.
